Modern Elevated Comfort Food

Inspired by the Roman culinary classic pinsa, Roma Vicolo pizzas are made with a cold fermented dough for a crisp and tender crust that’s light and airy, with a delicate, complex flavor. Topped with specialty cheeses, fresh herbs, and other fine ingredients, they’re our spin on the classic flavors of Rome.

Our Story

VICOLO (Veek.oh.lo), from the Italian for “little alley” was named for our original restaurant location in San Francisco. Out of that little alley, we’ve earned our reputation for rustic, handmade, corn meal crust pizzas topped with freshly prepared seasonal ingredients.

With our ROMA pizzas, we are excited to grow our family of products to offer a Roman pinsa style crust for the first time.
